Annual return payments based on 10% of the purchase price are now available for a limited time only. As of 1st January 2018, all Northern Powerhouse Developments (NPD) projects will be changing to a return rate of 8% per annum.
The decision has been made as NPD has become an established company in the industry, which in turn greatly reduces the risk involved for potential clients. The reduction in risk has helped to build an international reputation as the client base stretches to all corners of the globe.
NPD started out with three hotels based around the Llandudno area in North Wales. Since its inception the portfolio has now grown to six regional clusters encompassing 12 outstanding hotels. These have been successfully delivered to NPD’s network of high net worth clients.
This ability to see projects through from concept to completion has helped to build NPD’s brand and seen them rocket to the forefront of the leisure development industry.
This year has also seen some major new arrivals at board level which reflects the steps NPD have taken to recruit the most experienced and respected names from the hotel and leisure world.
Peter Moore OBE, ex Managing Director of Center Parcs UK, who was appointed Chairman of Leisure in January was joined in July by highly respected hotel boss Richard Lewis, ex CEO of Best Western, who came on board as CEO of NPD Hotels.
