Born in 1978, Gavin Woodhouse is a 38-year-old British entrepreneur/businessman who has built up several successful companies since launching his first in 1999.
With a respected reputation within the investment finance sector, Gavin has worked with national and international businesses and is renowned for his passion and energy in creating and turning businesses around financially.
Born and raised in East Anglia, Gavin left school to study law. Family demands and financial commitments forced him to leave full-time education and embark on a career within the automotive industry.
Gavin then set up his own business and within two years he had helped create a multi-million-pound financial facility for the funding of vehicles to large IFA and Accountancy groups across the globe. A Successful sale of this business led to the acquisition of the .com to a funding house which was later listed on the AIM stock market.
Gaining knowledge in asset backed finance he decided to create a healthy asset finance book which continued to grow until the dramatic economic crash of 2008. Delinquent accounts unable to repay Gavin’s own finance company saw Gavin reposes and acquire land assets to recover his losses.
With banks no longer lending and an abundance of vacant land and property on the market Gavin took the initiative to establish a network with high net worth individuals to facilitate the funding of future developments.
It was the birth of MBI Group– which provided an alternative way to fund property developments rather than through the more traditional but increasingly difficult bank route.
Almost a decade later Gavin now sits as principle shareholder of a group of companies delivering consultancy, construction, marketing, and sales of commercial property to like-minded individuals around the globe.
